Price Policy

I usually charge $80 per hour.
I take on jobs as small as one hour within the Minnetonka area, and there’s a two-hour minimum for locations within about 30 miles.

If the project takes a full day, the rate is $500 per day (about 8–10 hours).
For longer projects — five days or more — the rate drops to $400 per day.

Typical one-hour jobs include mounting a TV, hanging a light fixture, installing shelves, or patching small holes — those are usually $80 jobs.

Once we agree on a price, it’s set, and any delays on my end won’t change the final cost.

I usually prefer to give a fixed price upfront, based on how much time I expect the work to take.
